    Real estate development is complex and adding affordability makes it even more complicated. We work with real estate developers and organizations to identify investment or partnership opportunities that help with predevelopment and implementation efforts. We also work with communities to strategize on ways to create more diverse housing stock within their communities.

    Community Engagement & Development:

    Developing holistic and healthy communities also requires an all-hands on deck approach, we support you in identifying the partners, creating the outreach plan, and implementation strategy whether it is related to planning or investment efforts. Whether engaging the community for public planning/redevelopment efforts or communities engaging residents in realizing their vision, we work with you to strategize and develop an authentic outreach/engagement plan.

    Urban & Regional Planning/Health Equity:

    We also support public, private, and philanthropic partners in creating sustainable, holistic communities through community and program design, visioning and planning efforts.

  • If you are in need of a facilitator for a brainstorming or planning session or a moderator or speaker for a convening, we can assist you in bringing relevant information to you and your audience.

  • Coaching provides an opportunity to identify and outline your goals, create an action plan to achieve them, and have an accountability partner through it all.   • Principal & Owner

    Adriane Harris is the Principal and Owner of HarCo, LLC. She is an affordable housing and community development practitioner and a certified personal and executive coach. She has a proven track record of multi-stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships in implementing housing and growth management policies and programs for nearly 25 years. Adriane supports leaders, organizations, and communities in finding the right resources, people, and tools for reimagination and growth.

    Adriane is also an ICF ACC coach and facilitator with training from the prestigious Coaching and Positive Psychology (CAPP) program. For over a decade, Adriane has empowered individuals, small business owners, and nonprofit leaders to clarify their visions, craft actionable steps, and successfully bring their goals to life. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping them elevate their careers, grow their organizations, and realize their goals.
