Adriane is the Principal and Owner of HarCo, LLC, a coaching and consulting firm based in the DC area. With nearly 25 years of expertise in urban planning and real estate development, Adriane excels at engaging and forging public-private partnerships to implement effective housing and growth management policies. As the leader of HarCo Coaching & Consulting, she empowers leaders, organizations, and communities—primarily of color—to envision and execute authentic, equitable, and innovative solutions.

CONSULTING PARTNER

A public health strategist and urban planner, Alyia Gaskins is committed to helping communities create places that promote the physical, social, and economic health of people. As the CEO of CitiesRX, her portfolio of work stems from a passion inspired by her mother, who despite working two jobs struggled to make ends meet and the financial strain forced difficult trade-offs between food, rent and medication, negatively impacting her mom’s asthma and diabetes. Known for her thought-provoking insights, Alyia is sought after for her experience helping cities create innovative models of cross-sector partnerships to breakdown the systems that make it hard for people to be healthy. Alyia is also the Mayor of Alexandria, VA.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Meyana brings a wealth of operations experience to HarCo from the public, social impact, and technology sectors. She manages all administrative and operational activities of HarCo. She supports scheduling, invoicing, and implementation activities of the team.

CONSULTING PARTNER

Donna is an economic development and neighborhood revitalization consultant, trainer, and advocate for the preservation of neighborhoods and affordable housing options. She supports HarCo in designing equitable strategies that support public and private organizations in reimagining stabilization and revitalization efforts in communities. In addition to her economic development experience, she is also a realtor and brings a wide array of real estate and product development experience to the table.

Tiffany is the Chief Executive Officer of The Young Impact Group, a consulting firm focused on social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations and systems. With over 15 years of experience in public health, population health, chronic disease prevention and control, and health equity, Tiffany excels at advancing policy, systems, and environmental changes that promote equitable access to healthy choices. As a master trainer, engaging facilitator, and experienced project manager, she empowers organizations and communities to integrate equity into their culture, programs, policies, and practices and advance meaningful social change.
